高职教师工作满意度影响因素研究

摘    要:文章构建了高职教师工作满意度量表的维度,其中包括薪酬福利、人际关系、办公软环境、学校制度、晋升发展和领导行为,并据此编制了高职教师工作满意度问卷。研究发现:高职教师对薪酬的满意度低于对领导行为、办公软环境、人际关系和晋升与发展的满意度。

The Study of Factors Affecting Employment Satisfaction of Vocational Colleges

Abstract:In the paper,the measurement tabular of employment satisfaction of vocational colleges is put forward through literature and empirical study.The factors include payment and welfare,interpersonal relationship,soft office set-up,college systems,professional promotion,and leadership.Accordingly,the questionnaire of employment satisfaction is made up.The result suggests that teachers in vocational colleges are less satisfied with the payment than leadership,soft office set-up,interpersonal relationship and professional promotion and development.
