示范校建设中学生管理新模式初探——以闽西职业技术学院为例

对"集中型"和"分散型"的工学结合模式进行跟踪调查,通过文献法、调研法、问题分析法、经验总结法等研究方法,探索出一条适合学生管理工作的新模式、新方法,寻找到更符合企业需求、学院管理、学生身心发展的管理模式,并应用到学生管理中。

Exploration on New Models of Student Management during the Construction of Demonstration Colleges: To Take Minxi Vocational & Technical College as an Example

The paper makes follow-up survey on the "centralized" and "decentralized" work and learning combination mode,by using literature,research method,the problem analysis,lessons learned method.The paper found out new models,new methods adapted to our student education management,and to find out the management models that are more in line with business needs and the college management,more adapt to students' physical and mental development,and to apply in colleges' student management.
