高校体育师资队伍可持续发展对策研究

随着中国高等教育体制改革的进一步深化,对高校体育和高校体育教师都提出了新的要求。构建适应时代需要的高校体育发展模式和高校体育师资队伍,对实现本领域可持续发展具有积极而深远的意义。研究认为,提高教师思想道德素质、建立健全师资队伍管理机制、拓宽来源渠道、加强在职培训、提高科研能力等是促进我国高校体育师资队伍建设和发展的有效途径。

Study on the Sustainable Development of College Sports Teachers

With the further deepening of higher education reform, new requirements are needed for college sports and sports teachers. To build a college sports teacher team adapted for new requirements has a positive and profound significance for achiveing sustainale development in the field. It is found that effective methods to promote the construction of college sports teacher team including raising the moral and ideological level of sports teachers, amplifying necessary regulations of teacher team management, widing import methods, enhancing teacher＇s train in working and promoting teacher＇s research ability as well.
