| 摘 要： | 工学结合人才培养模式是高等职业院校加强内涵建设的一个重要内容,这种学习与工作相结合的教育模式,提高了学生的综合素质和就业竞争实力。但对于工学结合过程中发生的学生意外伤害事故的处理,目前的法律却面临着空白的尴尬。文章试从现行法律的角度探讨此类事故的责任归属,并尝试提出若干解决方案。

| Abstract: | The mode of talent cultivating by combining work and learning is an important content of enhancing the connotation development in higher vocational education. It develops the students＇ general quality and capability of competing for jobs. But we face some legal problems when dealing with the unexpected injury accidents in the process. The paper discusses who should undertake the responsibility in these accidents according to laws, and puts forward several ways of sovling these problems. |
