| Abstract: | With the rapid advance of the process of urbanization of our country, the suburb urbanization process of Pudong, Shanghai is accelerated day by day. The social structure is changing and the community management mode is becoming diverse.The government of Pudong , Shanghai faces to reform positively. They make the innovation constantly, but also face a lot of problems. |
