新时期高等学校的知识管理

知识社会引发“知识管理”的迅速兴起,知识管理推进知识社会的不断前进。高校是知识的生产部门,在新时期,高校应重视对知识资源的管理,构建适应知识社会需要的高校知识管理体系,使知识管理的理论研究和实践探索取得持续发展。该文对新时期高校知识管理的内涵、存在的问题以及实施策略进行了分析和阐述。

The knowledge society initiates the “knowledge to manage” rapidly to emerge, the knowledge management pushes knowledge society's unceasing advance. The university is the knowledge production department; it should take the knowledge resources management in the new era, construct university knowledge management system which adapting knowledge society needs, cause the knowledge management the fundamental research and the practice exploration to be obtained to develop.
