| 摘 要： | 传统的、集权的政府已不再适合现代化中国的发展要求,现代行政价值体系以效率为第一,该文总结分析我国行政效率低下的原因,试图从管理机制创新,行政人员继续教育,法制健全,行政文化塑造,监督制度完善等方面挖掘提高行政效率的对策。

| Abstract: | Traditional, centralized government is no longer suitable for modern China. Modern administra- tive value system take the efficiency as the first. This paper summarizes and analyzes the reason of low ad- ministrative efficiency in our country, tries to innovate management mechanism, administrative personnel to continue education, sound legal system, administrative culture, supervision system perfect aspect min- ing to improve administrative the countermeasure of efficiency. |
