| 摘 要： | 道德与法律是辨证统一密不可分的。而当今高校公共基础课《思想道德修养与法律基础》的重新组合,正是体现出依法治国与以德治国的治国方略的一致,以及是中国经济发展的需要。该文从法律与道德的重组入手,简析《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程教学改革的四个方面。

The reorganization of “curriculum reform of ideological and moral training and legal basis” is precisely the root of the unit of moral and law, manifests the “according to legal government country” and “by moral government country”. This paper explores the reform in four aspects from the reorganization of the mcrality and law. |
