| 摘 要： | 部分高职院校在注重学生专业技能训练的同时,有意无意地轻视了对其进行人文教育。这不仅影响了学生个体的全面发展,而且影响了高职院校和高职教育的可持续发展。文章尝试在多元文化教育背景下,分析和讨论高职院校人才培养中人文教育的实施路径。

| Abstract: | Some of the higher vocational colleges pay attention to students＇ professional skills training, while intentionally or unintentionally, they neglect their humane education. It not only affects the individual all-round development, but has the impact of sustainable development of higher vocational college. The article attempts to analysis and discuss the path of humane education in personnel training of higher vocational college in the context of multicuhural education. |
