| 摘 要： | 近年来数控线切割机床已经在模具加工生产中得到广泛的应用。然而 ,在生产过程中经常出现的断丝故障 ,影响着厂家的生产效率和经济效益。该文结合DK77系列数控线切割机床的结构原理和笔者的工作经验 ,分析总结其断丝故障的原因及对策。

According to the principle and construction of the DK77 series numerical controlled electric spark machine tool and the experience of the writer, the following is to analyze and sum up the reasons of string broken and the ways to deal with the Problem. |
