| 摘 要： | 当前中小微企业如何能克服所面临的困境并进一步提升创新能力是亟待要解决的重要问题,文章通过对影响中小微企业的相关因素进行分析,并结合实际情况有针对性地提出了创新企业文化、培养创新意识、培养创业精神、培养科技创新能力等发展对策。

| Abstract: | It is very important for a small and medium-sized enterprise to solve the problem how to over-come difficulties and further enhance the innovation ability.Through the analysis of the factors related to the influence of small and medium-sized enterprises,and combining the actual situation of theirs in the in-novation of enterprise culture,culture sense of innovation,we foster entrepreneurship,train the ability of innovation of science and technology and other aspects of the innovation and take the development counter-measures. |
