摘    要:自2010年富士康发生了震惊世界的14连跳后,深圳市政府大力引进社会工作者入驻富士康,帮助员工解决心理问题,企业员工帮助计划(EAP)应运而生,同时也为企业社会工作的发展开辟了新路。本文是根据笔者在成都富士康的实务经验,系统介绍了小组工作在介入企业员工帮助计划中(EAP)所起到的作用,阐述了"新员工适应成长小组"的设计理念及小组过程,并从内陆地区的实际情况出发,探讨了社会工作介入企业员工帮助计划(EAP)的实务问题及企业社会工作的本土化问题。

The Research on Social Work Intervenes in Employee Assistance Program:Based on “the New Employee Adapting and Growing Group” of Chengdu Foxconn

Abstract:Since the Foxconn had happened the 14succession jumps that shocked the world in 2010,Shenzhen Municipal Government vigorously introduce social workers into Foxconn,helping employees solve their psychological problems,so the employee assistance program emerges as the times require,and opens a new road for the social work in enterprise.This paper based on the practical experience of author in Chengdu Foxconn,systematically introduces the effect of group work intervenes in EAP,elaborates the design philosophy and process of"the new employee adapting and growing group",and from the actual situation of boo-ay,discusses the practical problem of social work intervenes in EAP and the localization problem of social work in enterprise.
