摘 要: | 高职院校为提高绩效管理水准,需要对其原有的人事制度进行合理的改革来满足绩效管理要求。为适应经济发展的需要,许多高职院校引进先进的管理模式和人才战略,深化人才制度改革,调动教职工的工作积极性,促进教学质量和管理水平的提高。

Abstract: | In order to improve the performance management level of vocational colleges,it is necessary to perform rational reforms for the original personel system to meet the needs of performance management.A variety of vocational colleges has introduced advanced management modes and talent strategy and deepened the reform of the personnel system to brought faculties' initiative into play,to improve the quality of teaching outcomes and management levels. |
