关于高校教师薪酬制度改革的思考

摘    要:随着高校人事制度改革的不断深化,高校教师薪酬分配体系成了高校管理体制的重要改革内容。校内津贴制度的实施为改革带来了新的契机,但目前实施的校内津贴还存在一些问题和不足,因此如何调整和完善高校教师薪酬分配制度,强化竞争激励机制,是值得高校探讨和思考的问题。

Thinking on the Reform of the Salary Assignment System of the Staff in Colleges and Universities

Abstract:With the personnel system reform of institutions of higher learning unceasing deepening , the salary assignment system of the stafff in colleges and universities becomes the important reform content of colleges and universities management system.The implementation of subsidy system has brought about a new turning point to reform. However, it still exists some problems and imperfection at present. Therefore, how to adjust and perfect salary assigment system of the staff in colleges and universities, enhance competition encouragement mechanism is worth discussing and thinking.
