| 摘 要： | 高校体育教学的改革,是目前体育教学中势不可挡的趋势,对体育教学的形式、教学手段的探讨是每一个体育工作者的职责,本人通过对教学中分层次递进教学模式的探讨,寻找出一种行之有效的教学方法来促进学生体育教学中个性差异的发展。
