大鼠胚胎毛囊发育的形态学观察

摘    要:研究了大鼠胚胎发育过程中,毛囊的发生时间及其形态学结构变化.采用胎龄为11,12,14,15,17 d的Wistar大鼠胚胎,石蜡切片,HE和PAS染色,光镜观察毛囊胚芽的形态学发生.结果显示:第11天的胚胎周皮仍呈单层,未见毛囊形态发生;第12天胚胎可见数量较少的毛囊胚芽形成;随着胎龄的延长,毛囊的数量明显增加,且形态上逐渐增大.研究结果表明:大鼠胚胎毛囊的形态发生时间为胚胎第12天,是由表皮基底层细胞向真皮突出形成,其周围有间充质细胞聚集.

Abstract:To study the histogenesis of the hair follicle of rat fetus and its characteristic changs,the normal Wistar rat fetus,which fetal age were 11th day,12th day,14th day,15th day and 17th day by HE staining and PAS staining,were observed with LM.The results shows that:when the fetal age was 11th day,the surface of body is only periderm which is composed of one layer of cell,not hair follicle.When fetal age is 12th day,there are a few hair follicles.With the increase of fetal age,the quantity of hair follicle is increasing and becoming large.The conclusion suggests:hair follicle of rat fetus is histogenesis when fetal age is 12th day.Its histogenesis is that the cells of stratum basale are extruding to dermis,and there are assembling mesenchymal cell around the hair follicle.
