| 摘 要： | 五味子药材分别经氯仿、甲醇、乙醇、50%乙醇、水提取和CO2超临界萃取(SFE)后得6种供试品,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对其进行测定,并对4种木脂素成分进行了定量分析.结果表明该分析方法的精密度、重现性、稳定性较好,可用于五味子药材的指纹图谱测定,为其原料药材和实际应用提供质量控制依据,也为不同提取方法提供参考.

| Abstract: | The finger print chromatograms of extractions of Schisandra sphenanthera by different extractive methods were established,the method provide useful information on quality control of raw material and its application.HPLC was adopted to evaluate the quality of Schisandra sphenanthera.Raw material was extracted by supercritical CO_2 fluid extraction,chloroform,methanol,ethanol or 50% ethanol respectively. The finger print chromatograms were set up and compared with each other.And the contents of four kinds of lignin were analyzed.The results showed the method developed is stable,reliable and repeatable for the quality control of Schisandra sphenanthera,The methods can be used for the finger print chromatogram determination of raw material of Schisandra sphenanthera,and provide a finger print chromatographic reference for different extraction methods. |
