摘    要:关键种概念的提出,推动了生态学的深入发展,并渐已成为保护生物学基本原理的组成部分,但同明它也受到一些质疑介绍了关键种概念的内涵、外延及国内外研究现状,评价了其重要价值,阐述了亟待研究的几个问题。

Abstract:The concept of keystone species not only gave an impetus to the deep-going development of ecology,but is becoming a part of basic principles in conservation biology.However,some ecologists felt doubtful about it.In this paper, an introduction to the original meaning of keystone species,the connotation and extension of this concept,as well as the current situation of the research on keystone species were given.Also,the authors assessed preliminarily its significance and raised several urgent problems.
