| Abstract: | TEM and cytochemistry methods are used to observe the plasmodesmata structures of Tradescantia stamen hairs. The plasmodesmata of the stamen hairs have typical structures of plant cells, and proved the polysaccharide both in the cell wall and the plasmodesmata. |
