摘    要:对毛节缬草乙醇渗漉提取的浓缩物和药材蒸馏获得的水提液中的活性组分进行了分析.分别加水混悬后,通过小鼠体内实验检测了抗抑郁活性组分;醇提浓缩物加水混悬后用氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇依次萃取、浓缩,各萃取组分通过MTT比色法测定了体外培养的Hella细胞、骨髓瘤细胞的增殖抑制率.实验结果表明:缬草水提取物具有抗抑郁的活性,缬草...
