| 摘 要： | 生孢噬纤维细菌Sporocytophaga sp.JL-01是能够降解纤维素的滑动细菌, 通过对该菌株发酵上清液、荚膜液、超声波破碎后的上清液、破碎细胞碎片及完整细胞的CMC酶活、滤纸酶活的研究,对其所产生的纤维素酶在细胞上的定位进行了研究.结果显示:生孢噬纤维细菌Sporocytophaga sp.JL-01可通过细胞质膜向细胞外分泌CMC酶,而其滤纸纤维素酶则存在于细胞质膜上.

| Abstract: | Sporocytophaga sp. JL - 01 is a kind of gliding bacteria that can decompose the cellulose. This paper determined the CMCase activity and the filter paper activity about the supernatant, capsule, sonicated broken cell, and the intact cell of Sporocytophaga sp. JL-01. According to these results,make the cellulase localization of Sporocytophaga sp. JL-01. The result showed that Sporocytophaga sp. JL-01 have a extraeellular CMCase, and its filter- paper degrading enzyme is at the cell membrane. |
