摘    要:阐述了24位光电轴角编码器的结构、工作原理、硬件电路设计处理过程和软件编程特点.在编码器精码处理电路中,采用AD7864转换器,简化了模/数转换电路的硬件空间,提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性;在编码器信号处理电路中,采用了高速单片机80C196KC进行运算、控制,提高了系统工作的实时性;粗码道光强自动补偿电路的设计,提高了系统长期使用的稳定性.

Abstract:In this paper the structure,operating principle,the design of hardware circuit and the feature software of the 24-bit photoelectric shaft encoder are expounded systematically.In the encoder the processing circuit of fine code which is introduced,the design of hardware is simplified obviously because of adopting AD7864,moreover,the stability and the security are improved greatly.The singlechip 80C196KC improves the velocity and the simultaneity of computation .It improves the stability for long time using due to adding compensation circuit of light intensity.
