有机锡连续法催化合成乙酸乙酯的研究

摘    要:对有机锡连续催化合成乙酸乙酯进行了较深入的研究,结果表明有锡连续催化酯化反应时的催化活性比硫酸略低,但使用寿命(115h)比硫酸长,底物不碳化,催化剂可重复使用等优点,而且酯产高于硫酸。

Abstract:The continuous process was used to synthesized ethyl acetate by the esterification of ethyl alcohol and acetic acid catalyzed by organo-tin trichlorides was studied. The results showed that the catalytic activity of the continuous process for synthesizing ethyl acetate was a little lower than that of the sulfuric acid, but the life of the catalyst 115 h was much longer than that of the latter. The reactants were not carbonized and the catalyst cold be reused for many times. The yield was higher than that of sulfuric acid.
