摘    要:垄作耕法是玉米生产中广泛应用的方法,培土是垄作的一个重要环节.为了充分发挥垄作的功效,需要详细了解培土对玉米节根的影响.将聚氯乙烯(PVC)管套在玉米植株的基部,装满土,模拟对玉米进行培土,研究培土和不同培土高度对玉米节根特征的影响.测定了玉米下部节间长度、节上功能性节根的数量、节根数目以及玉米地上部干重等指标.研究结果表明,未经培土处理的玉米拥有功能性节根数平均为49.5条,而培土处理的玉米拥有功能性节根数平均为63.8条,增加了28.9%.培土显著增加第6和第7茎节间的长度(P<0.05),但培土没有影响玉米地上部干重.增加培土高度可提高玉米节间长度和节根数量.

Abstract:Ridge-tillage has been widely applied in corn production.Ridging is an important part of ridge-tillage.A great understanding of corn(Zea mays L.)nodal root response to soil ridging is needed to maximize the benefits of ridge-tillage.Ridging was simulated by using PVC rings to hold soil around the base of corn plants.The experiments were conducted to study the effect of soil ridging and height of ridging on the characteristics of corn nodal roots.Internodes lengths,numbers of nodal roots and shoot dry weight were determined.The results showed unridged corn plants developed an average of 49.5 functional nodal roots,while ridge plants developed 63.8,an increase of 28.9%.Ridging significantly increased lengths of internodes 6 and 7.Shoot dry weight was not affected by ridging treatment.Increasing ridge height increased internodes length and number of nodal roots.
