| 摘 要： | 对胶韧革菌（Ｇｌｏｅｏｓｔｅｒｅｕｍ ｉｎｃａｒｎａｔｕｍ Ｓ．Ｉｔｏ ｅｔ Ｉｍａｌ）发酵产物的化学万分进行了分析测试，结果发现：发酵产物中含有多糖、蛋白质、１８种氨基酸、维生素、无机盐及微量元素等多种成分。
