| 摘 要： | 多校区大学在融合过程中，由于历史的、客观的原因，在基础设施建设、教育教学资源、校园文化和组织管理等方面都存在着不平衡，这给学生管理的诸多方面都带来了较大的影响．要调和融合过程中的冲突，应树立以学生为本的教育理念，合理配置教育资源，尤其要重视学生自我管理能力的培养与校园文化的重塑．
