坚持以人民为中心的高等教育发展思想——新时代我国高等教育发展思想的重大转变

党的十八大以来,我国确立了以人民为中心的高等教育发展思想,实现了高等教育发展思想的重大转变。坚持以人民为中心的高等教育发展思想,需要正确认识和处理好4个方面的关系:一是以人民为中心的高等教育发展思想与以国家为中心的高等教育发展思想的关系;二是办人民满意的高等教育与高等教育不平衡不充分发展的关系;三是坚持以人民为中心的高等教育发展思想与建设高等教育强国的关系;四是坚持以人民为中心的高等教育发展思想与坚持党对教育事业全面领导的关系。

Adhering to the People-centered Development of Higher Education: A Major Change in the Thinking of Higher Education Development in the New Era

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has established a people-centered higher education development ideology and has achieved a major change in the higher education development ideology.Adhering to the people-centered development of higher education,four aspects of the relationship should be correctly understood and handled:the first is the relationship between the people-centered higher education development thinking and country-centered higher education development thinking;the second is the relationship between the satisfaction of the people with higher education and the imbalance and insufficient development of higher education;the third is the relationship between the people-centered development of higher education and the building of a higher education power;and the fourth is the relationship between adhering to the people-centered development of higher education and the party’s overall leadership in education.
