河南省能源环境效率评价及其影响因素研究——基于AM-SDGI模型

摘    要:以劳动投入、资本投入、能源消耗、二氧化硫和化学需氧量排放量作为投入变量,运用投入导向的AM模型研究了2007—2015年河南省能源环境效率全国排名的变化趋势,在此基础上,以广东省、上海市和江苏省为标杆分析了2007—2015年河南省能源环境效率演化趋势,进而分析了2015年河南省能源环境效率的空间分布特征,最后采用灰色综合关联度探究河南省能源环境效率的影响因素.研究表明:2007—2015年在能源效率和环境效率剪刀差的作用下,河南省能源环境效率呈现缓慢上升的演化趋势,每隔3年上升一个台阶,但在全国排名中呈现下滑的发展态势;2015年河南省能源环境效率呈现出北低南高、东强西弱的空间分布格局;对河南省能源环境效率影响程度由大到小的因素依次为城镇化水平、产业结构、能源消费结构、环境保护、对外开放和创新驱动.

Research on Evaluation of Energy Environmental Efficiency and Its Influencing Factors in Henan:Based on AM-SDGI Model

Abstract:Considering the labor input,capital investment,energy consumption and sulfur dioxide emissions and chemical oxygen demand as input variables,this paper uses the input oriented AM model to research the trend of national ranking of energy environmental efficiency in Henan Province from 2007 to 2015,and by taking Guangdong,Shanghai,Jiangsu as the benchmark,analyzes the evolution trend of energy environmental efficiency in Henan Province from 2007 to 2015,and then analyzes the distribution characteristics of energy environmental efficiency of Henan Province in 2015,and at last by adopting synthetic degree of grey incidence,analyzes the influencing factors on the energy environment efficiency in Henan Province.The research shows that under the action of energy efficiency and environment efficiency difference,Henan Province energy environmental efficiency has a slowly rising evolution trend,in every 3 years,rising to a higher level,but the nationwide ranking of energy environmental efficiency in Henan Province showing downward trend.In 2015,Henan Province energy environmental efficiency shows the spatial distribution pattern: north is low,south high,east strong and west weak.The factors that influence the energy environmental efficiency in Henan,from big to small,are urbanization level,industrial structure,energy consumption structure,environmental protection,opening to the outside world and innovation driven.
