湖南省旅游经济对区域经济平衡效果分析

以湖南省14个地级市作为研究对象,通过σ收敛计算区域旅游经济的离差,引入集对分析方法对湖南省旅游经济与区域经济的集合关系进行判断,计算出旅游产业对区域经济平衡效果的数值.研究发现:1)旅游经济对缩小湖南省区域经济差距的作用十分突出; 2)湖南省不同区域的旅游经济对区域经济的平衡效果存在明显差异,两种计算方法得出的结果略有差异,但环洞庭湖经济区效果最差; 3)旅游经济对于湖南省区域经济差距的平衡作用还有较大的提升空间,应加强经济落后地区的旅游发展.基于分析,分别对4个经济区旅游经济的发展提出针对性建议措施.

Analysis on the Balancing Effect of Tourism Industry on Regional Economy in Hunan Province

By taking 14 prefecture-level cities in Hunan province as research objects,these authors use sigma convergence to calculate the deviation of regional tourism economy,and introduce set pair analysis method to judge the set relationship between tourism economy and regional economy in Hunan province,then calculate the value of tourism industry 's effect on regional economy balance.The results show as the following.Ⅰ.Tourism economy plays an important role in narrowing the regional economic gap in Hunan province.Ⅱ.The tourism economy of different regions in Hunan province has obvious differences in the balance effect of regional economy.The results obtained by the two calculation methods are slightly different,but the effect around Dongting Lake economic zone is the worst.Ⅲ.Tourism economy still has great room for improvement in balancing the regional economic gap in Hunan province,so tourism development in economically backward areas should be strengthened.Based on the analysis,the paper puts forward some suggestions and measures for the development of tourism economy in the four economic zones.
