摘    要:教师的教学现念是教师对教学所做的理解和认识,是影响基础教育课程改革的关键因素。教师教学观念的转变主要包括转变教育目标几教学方法现及教学评价观,新的教学现将全面促进教师的专业发展。

Abstract:Teachers' teaching concepts refers to what they think about teaching. It is key factor to influence the reform in basic education courses. Changes in teaching concept mainly cover changes in education aim, teaching methods and comments on teaching. New teaching concepts will promote teachers professional development in every way.
