河南省襄城县设施农用地发展影响因素研究

摘    要:设施农业作为现代农业的重要组成部分,分析影响设施农用地发展的因素,可为促进设施农用地与农村经济的健康发展提供决策依据.以河南省襄城县为例,采用实地问卷调查的方法,通过建立Logistic回归模型,选取农户年龄、受教育水平、劳动力类型、家庭人口、劳动力人口、设施农用地面积、种植年限、未来5年规模变化、是否知道鼓励政策和是否参加培训10个因素,分析其对设施农用地发展的影响,结果显示:年龄、家庭人口、劳动力人口和是否参加培训4个因素影响显著,达5%的显著水平;劳动力类型的影响在10%的显著水平左右;受教育水平、设施农用地面积、种植年限、未来5年规模变化、是否知道鼓励政策等因素的影响不显著.同时也说明,设施农用地的面积不是越大越好,应根据实际情况,适度规模经营,实现设施农用地的健康发展.

Protected Farmland Development and its Impacting Factors: A Case Study in Xiangcheng County,Henan Province

Abstract:Protected farmland is an important part in modern agriculture. Scientific analyses of impacting factors on protected farmland could prompt the decision-making for protected agriculture and rural economic developments. This paper selected Xiangcheng County in Henan Province as a case to carry out research on the relationships between selected factors and protected farmland,based on data collected via questionnaire survey,covering 10 aspects,namely ages of farmers,education level,family members,number of labors,labor force types,planting duration,acreage of protected farmland and its changing tendency in five years and training condition. The results generated from logistic regression model indicate that,ages of farmers,family members,number of labors and training condition manifest close relationships between protected farmland,which reach 5% significant level. And that of labor force types between protected farmland reaches 10% significant level. However,education level,acreage of protected farmland and its changing tendency in five years,planting duration and incentive policies show non-significant relationships with protected farmland development. It can be also derived from the analysis that proper size of protected farmland size based on local situation is better than blindly pursuit for large scale protected farmland development.
