基于遗传算法的多级库存成本优化模型

摘    要:针对多级库存复合而成的一般系统,首先通过分析安全库存与服务水平的关系,给出随机需求下安全库存随前置期和服务水平变化的函数关系;然后结合多级库存的控制特点,建立包含安全库存费用在内的多级库存成本优化模型,并给出遗传算法求解办法.该模型在供应链节点企业总成本最小的基础上,确定了最佳订购批量、最佳订购点和服务水平,以及对应的总成本和总利润,进而为各节点企业有效地减少库存量,降低供应链的总成本,提供有力的依据.在随机需求供应链条件下,提出了级安全库存策略,并从理论上证明该策略能有效地减少供应链中的安全库存量,降低库存成本.

Multi-Stock Cost Optimization Model Based on Genetic Algorithm

Abstract:This paper,in allusion to the common system which is compounded by multi-level inventory,firstly analyzes the relation between the safety inventory and service level,and draft a function of the pre-storage time for the safety inventory and the service level in the stochastic demand condition.And then the optimization model for multi-echelon inventory cost in supply chain is established.The genetic algorithm for the model is also given.Under the condition of the lowest total cost of supply chain nodal enterprises,the model can obtain the optimal purchase quantities,the optimal purchase point and service level,and the corresponding total costs and profits.It supplies forceful basis to reduce the inventory levels of each node enterprise effectively and decrease the total cost of supply chain.The strategy of multi-level safety inventory in the condition of the stochastic demand supply chain is proposed.Theoretically,this strategy can effectively reduce the safety stock in the supply chain and also reduce the inventory cost.
