| 摘 要： | 编辑劳动是指编辑主体作用于编辑客体的过程。编辑主体指的是编辑,编辑劳动属于创造性的精神劳动。在劳动的过程中,编辑的心理因素起着一定的作用。从这一角度出发,编辑劳动的特点可表现为智力性、专业性、创造性和劳动方式的个体性与协作性等内容。

| Abstract: | Editing work means a process in whick the editorial subject acts on the object. The editorial subject means editors and edition work means creative mental labour. During the working process the editors' psychological factor plays an important role. From this point of view,we can see the editors' work displays the characteristics of mentality,speciality,creativity and individuality and cooperation of working method and style,etc.. |
