| 摘 要： | 民事诉讼证明标准是民事诉讼法的一个基本问题,对民事诉讼证明标准进行了界定,明确提出客观真实与法律真实是证明任务,不是证明标准,介绍了证明标准的类型和作用范围,并对我国民事诉讼证明标准的构建进行了初步设想.

| Abstract: | Proof criterion of civil action is a basic problem in civil action law.This essay defines the proof criteria of civil action law,clearly points out that the object authenticity and legal authenticity are the task of proof,not criterion,introduces the types of proof and functional scope,and at last envisages the construction of the proof criterion of our country's civil action. |
