The Analysis of the Supply Decision of Rural Public Goods by the Government and Rural Elites---Based on Evolutionary Game Theory

In recent years,the supply of rural public goods has been a concern of the state and rural people,and the effect of supply is not very ideal and needs solving urgently. A large number of domestic and foreign scholars have been studying the supply of public goods from various angles. This paper attempts to study the government and rural elites' s supply of rural public goods under the limited rationality conditions from between the government and the rural elites with the method of evolutionary game analysis to study the government and rural elites in the supply of rural public goods,trying to find the equilibrium point between the government and rural elites in the supply of rural public goods. The government can formulate incentive policies,guide the diversification of supply and perform system innovation to promote the development of rural economy.
