中国工业化、城镇化和农业现代化协调度的测度

工业化、城镇化和农业现代化协调发展是推动中国经济社会发展的主要动力.基于隶属度的模糊综合评价法,对中国1996—2010年"三化"协调度进行考察和测度.结果表明:虽然中国的工业化、城镇化和农业现代化之间的协调度呈现出上升的趋势,但由于三者发展的质量与水平没有相应的提高,所以到2010年三者协调度仅处于"一般"水平.可见不能单纯追求发展速度的提高,应倡导低碳发展,巩固城镇发展基础,提高农业综合生产能力,促进三者健康发展.

Measure of the Coordination of China′s Industrialization,Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization

Coordinated development of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization is the driving force for promoting China's economic and social development.Based on the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the coordination of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization in China from 1996 to 2010 is inspected and measured.The results show that although the degree of coordination among China's industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization is showing an upward trend,yet without corresponding increase in the quality and level of the three,the coordination degree of the three only in the "general" level in 2010.Therefore,the speed of development can't be simply pursuied.Promoting low-carbon development,consolidating urban development foundation and improving agricultural production capacity will promote the healthy development of them.
