| 摘 要： | 使用量表对新升本院校大学生学习倦怠现状进行调查，发现高度、中度、轻度倦怠的检出率分别为11.1％、16.4％、22.0％。使用逐步回归分析探讨大学生专业承诺与学习倦怠的关系，结果发现：专业情感承诺因子是情绪低落、成就感低、行为不当的有效预测源。
