新升本院校大学生学习倦怠与专业承诺的关系

摘    要:使用量表对新升本院校大学生学习倦怠现状进行调查,发现高度、中度、轻度倦怠的检出率分别为11.1%、16.4%、22.0%。使用逐步回归分析探讨大学生专业承诺与学习倦怠的关系,结果发现:专业情感承诺因子是情绪低落、成就感低、行为不当的有效预测源。

Abstract:With measuring scales,the current situation of learning burnout and professional commitment of students of newly upgraded universities have been investigated.The result shows that the incidence rates of severe,moderate and mild learning burnout are 11.1%,16.4% and 22.0% respectively.Through stepwise to analyse and probe the relationship between professional commitment and learning burnout of university students,we have found that emotional commitment factor can effectively predict sullenness,diminished pers...
