| 摘 要： | 洗钱犯罪是一种具有严重社会危害性的复杂的高智商犯罪,对洗钱罪的刑法调控受到社会各界的广泛关注。尽管我国刑法对洗钱犯罪进行了明确立法,但由于缺乏相关经验,所以我国关于洗钱罪的刑事立法相对简单。因此,深入系统地研究反洗钱犯罪立法的经验,完善反洗钱刑事立法,显得尤为重要。

| Abstract: | The crime of money Laundering is a complex high intelligent crime,which is a severe danger to the society.It has been widely concerned about how to strengthen the legal control of the crime of money laundering.Although the legal control of such a crime has been reinforced in China recently,improvement is still necessary.Therefore,it is significant for us to prefect the criminal legislation about anti-money laundering. |
