农业技术推广的主要问题及对策

农业技术推广既是连接科技转化的“桥梁”,又是推动农业可持续发展的重要支柱。分析了目前我国农业技术推广中存在的主要问题:农业技术推广的成熟度不够;资金缺乏;目标单一;政策不到位;手段落后;推广人员及农业劳动者素质不高;农民组织化程度低。在此基础上,探讨了深化农业技术推广改革以适应新时期农业经济发展需要的具体改革措施:提高推广技术的可行性;加强资金投入;实施目标综合化;建立激励机制,把对推广队伍的建设及提高农民素质作为推广工作的重点,同时,提高农民的组织化程度。

Problems and countermeasures for agricultural technology extension

Agricultural technology extension is not only the "bridge" of transformation of science and technology but also the important pillar of sustainable development of agriculture.On the basis of main problems in agricultural technology extension,this paper points out the practical reform measures to deepen agricultural technology extension reform for meeting the demand of agricultural economy development at new era.
