重庆市旅行社业产业集群策略研究

摘    要:从产业和战略的层面,以重庆旅行社业的产业集群为对象,研究重庆旅行社产业集群存在的障碍;从主业价值链的角度,分析重庆旅行社产业集群发展路径、集群化次序和格局,基于价值链的产业集群的建立,既有分工,各有侧重,又有联系。指出只有纵观全局的相互协调的发展战略模式,才能促进旅游的持续、快速、健康发展。

Abstract:From the aspects of industry and strategy and with the industrial group of the Chongqing's travel agency business as the object, this paper studies the barriers for the existence of the industrial group of the Chongqing travel agency business; from the perspective of the main business value chain, it analyzes the developing paths, grouping sequence and pattern of the industrial group of the Chongqing travel agency business, the establishment of value chain-based industrial group, in which there is both work division and contact; and finally, it points out that only with an overall harmonious developing strategic model, can tourism develop continuously, rapidly and healthily.
