| Abstract: | The subsection optimization model GM(1,1) is set up by using grey theory,then,with GM(1,1),the power supply in Xinhui City during 1986-2000 has been worked out. The forecasting values from the model are consistent with the actual data. The power supply of Xinhui City during 2001-2010 has been forecast based on establishing subsection optimization GM(1,1). |
