耕地整理潜力评价--以三峡重庆库区为例

耕地整理潜力评价作为耕地整理的一项基础工作,目前缺乏统一的评价指标体系。从三峡重庆库区的实际出发,依据耕地整理目标和潜力评价的原则,指出了评价工作应从多指标综合考虑,提出了耕地潜力评价体系应包括增加耕地系数、耕地产出提高率、投入产出比、林地面积比重提高率等方面,以期在评价工作中做到社会效益、经济效益和生态环境效益的统一。

Potentiality evaluation of land readjustment --A case study of Chongqing Three-Gorges Reservoir area

As the basic work of land readjustment,the potentiality evaluation of land readjustment was short of the identical index systems.According to the object of land readjustment and principles of potential evaluation,based on the practice of Chongqing Three-Gorges Reservoir area,the author pointed out that the diverse index should be adopted in assessment.A new index system was proposed,including the increasing of cultivated coefficient and output,ratio of input to output and woodland in all,and so on.So the evaluation was able to benefit to the unification of society,economy and environment.
