摘    要:针对社会网络环境下决策者存在信任关系导致的信任风险,以及方案属性间存在关联性的问题,提出了一种考虑社会网络信任关系的多属性群决策(MAGDM)方法;首先根据决策者的社会网络关系进行聚类从而获得若干个子社区,并通过度中心性和特征向量中心性计算出决策者的权重与子社区权重;接着根据信任关系分别确定决策者个人与子社区的信任度,并针对信任度较低的子社区衡量出其信任风险系数与评价风险系数,然后对该子社区进行相应的意见调整;其次针对备选方案的多个属性具有关联性的问题采用Choquet积分算子获取备选方案的综合评价值,并通过得分函数对备选方案进行相应排序以获取最优决策方案;最后将所提决策方法应用于一个算例中,说明方法的可行性。

Abstract:A multi-attribute group decision making(MAGDM) method considering trust relationships in social networks was proposed to address the trust risk caused by the trust relationships among decision makers in social networks and the problem of correlation between solution attributes. Firstly, several sub-groups were obtained by clustering according to the social network relationships of decision makers, and the weights of decision makers and the weights of sub-groups were calculated by degree centrality and eigenvector centrality. Then, the trust degrees of individual decision makers and subcommunities were determined separately according to the trust relationship. The trust risk coefficient and evaluation risk coefficient were measured for the sub-group with a low trust degree. The evaluation values of the sub-group were adjusted accordingly. Secondly, the Choquet integral operator was used to obtain the collective evaluation value of the alternatives for a problem where multiple attributes of the alternatives were correlated, and the alternatives were ranked accordingly by the score function to obtain the optimal decision. Finally, the proposed decision making method was applied to an arithmetic example to illustrate the feasibility of the method.
