Discussion on the Construction of Indicator Evaluation System on Scientific Development at the National Level

This paper mainly discusses how to construct indicator evaluation system on scientific development at the national level.This indicator evaluation system not only reflects that the first tenet of scientific development is development,but also emphasizes the core development idea of "being human-oriented",and not only demonstrates the basic requirement of comprehensive and coordinated development,but also is beneficial to supervise questions in the process.The indicator evaluation system consists of four first-class indicators,namely comprehensiveness,coordination,sustainability,and risk management,and fifteen second-class indicators.
