| 摘 要： | 就我国地价、房价和股价间影响关系问题,通过实证分析后认为:我国土地市场与股票市场间存在正相关关系,土地价格上涨引起股票价格上涨;地价上涨并未导致房价上涨。

| Abstract: | This paper researches the relationships among land,housing and stock prices through empirical study.It suggests that,on the one hand,there is a positive relationship between land and stock markets,and rising land price can promote growth of stock price.On the other hand,rising land price does not result in skyrocketing housing price. |
