对当前大学生就业问题的一些思考

在分析了当前大学生就业面临的三大主要矛盾和困难的基础上,提出6条有针对性的应对策略和解决途径。认为解决大学生就业问题不仅是教育部门的事情,还要加强与民政、劳动保障、发改、财政、统计等相关部门以及科研院所的联系,共同研究和建立就业、收入分配、社会保障与社会事业4项工作的联动机制。

Some Reflections on Present College Student Employment

On the basis of analyzing the three major contradictions and difficulties facing present college students employment, this paper puts forward 6 corresponding strategies and solutions. That is,solving the problem for college students,not only connect with ministry of education,but also need to strengthen the relationship with civil administration,labor security,national development and reform committee, ministry of finance,statistical department,et al.and scientific research,academy,graduate school. Then these department together study and build the effect of joined forces of employment,income distribution,social security and social undertakings.
