| 摘 要： | 以总黄酮为指标,优化聚花过路黄醇提取工艺条件,采用正交设计法进行试验;结果表明:过路黄的乙醇回流提取最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积浓度的55%左右,提取次数为3次,溶剂用量为投料量的8倍,提取时间为每次2 h;按优化条件测定的重庆产聚花过路黄总黄酮的质量分数为10.980 6 mg/g。

| Abstract: | In order to study the extraction process for the total flavones of Lysimachi congestifloa Hemsl,the optimum extraction process was selected with the oethogonal design.The contant of total flavones was determined by UVspectrophotometry.The siginficant effect of alcohol amount,extraction time,times of extraction on the extraction of total flavones were presented.The optimum extraction process is as follows: adding 8 times amount of 55% alcohol into Chinese medical materials,reflux extraction 3 times 2h per time.The contant of total flavones of Lysimachi congestifloa Hemsl in Chongqing is 10.9806 mg.g-1. |
