体育单招生教育管理的现状与思考

运用文献资料法、访谈法和问卷调查等方法,对徐州师范大学体育学院150名体育单招生教育管理的现状进行调查,并对调查结果进行原因分析,提出了坚持以生为本、创新教育管理的新机制、营造学风建设的良好氛围、加强和改进大学生思想政治工作等对策。

Current Situation on the Education Management of Solely-recruited Students of Physical Education and Its Reflection

The solely-recruited students of physical education are a special group of university students. By means of varied approaches such as documentation, interview and questionnaire survey, this paper conducts an investigation on the current situation about the education management of the 150 solely-recruited students of physical education in Xuzhou Normal University, analyses the result, further more, proposes some strategies such as being students-oriented, management system innovation, study atmosphere creation and reform on ideological political work, etc.
