| 摘 要： | 作为供应链管理的重要组成部分,对供应商的绩效评价受到企业越来越广泛的重视,而众多的评价模型往往着重于对单个供应商的绩效评价;用系统的观念,将制造业企业的若干供应商联合系统作为绩效评价对象,根据供应商中所承担的产品配额,结合各供应商产品的综合成本,计算出各供应商产品在企业采购总成本中占有的实际份额,从而建立起基于产品成本的供应商系统模型,并采用模糊评价法对该供应商系统进行绩效评价;最后用案例进行了说明。

| Abstract: | Being an important section in the SCM,evaluation of supplier has been studied extensively.However,the most evaluation models are concentrated on the individual supplier.Based on this condition,this paper deals with all the enterprise's suppliers as a integrate-based systematic idea.According to the supplier's quota and the products overall cost,suppliers' products share occupied in the total cost in enterprises is calculated out.Based on the share of products,the supplier system models is set up and the supplier system's performance is evaluated by fuzzy method.Finally,a numeral example and related discussion are delivered. |
