轴数控连续展成磨齿机空间几何误差解耦补偿方法

摘    要:针对数控连续展成磨齿机的精密加工需求,进行了机床空间误差解耦及补偿方法研究。首先,基于多体理论与坐标变换原理构建了机床各部件间的相对位姿变换矩阵,建立了涵盖所有几何误差元素的连续展成磨齿机空间误差模型;然后,分别基于姿态矩阵和位置矩阵对机床空间误差进行分步解耦;最后,通过具体数值计算对分步解耦补偿方法进行了实例计算,并采用球杆仪验证了空间误差解耦补偿理论的正确性与有效性。

Abstract:In this paper, the volumetric error decoupling and compensation method of CNC worm wheel grinding machine is studied. Firstly, based on the multi-body system theory and homogeneous coordinate transformation, the transformation matrix between machine tools is established, and the machine tool space error model caused by geometric error elements is derived. Then, the machine space error is step-by-step deupled based on the posture matrix and position matrix respectively. Finally, an example calculation of the step-by-step decoupling compensation method is carried out by specific numerical calculations, and the correctness and effectiveness of the spatial error decoupling compensation theory are verified.
